Policies
Sun Clone is committed to providing pest and disease-free plants. We do our best to provide accurate orders and a top-quality product, and we appreciate your understanding that plants are living organisms that require intensive care, and the shipping process can cause the plants stress.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
We only ship orders Monday-Wednesday, except bank holidays and weather permitting. Most orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. When experiencing a high order volume, your shipment may be delayed until the next shipment day. In the case of a longer delay, Sun Clone will contact the customer via email.
SHIPPING WITH UPS
Sun Clone offers free UPS Overnight Air shipping on all orders in the US, with some exceptions for AK and HI. UPS also offers shipment to designated local pick-up locations for customer convenience. Pick-up locations are UPS operated and are outside of Sun Clone’s responsibility. We are not able to ship orders to PO Boxes or any addresses outside the US.
ORDER TRACKING
Once orders leave our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with an active UPS tracking number. Delivery delays outside of Sun Clone's control can occasionally occur. Please use UPS Tracking for the most accurate information and delivery estimate.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES
Sun Clone is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders are only eligible for cancellation prior to payment. Please call Sun Clone at (541) 929-7227 or send an email to info@sun-clone.com to cancel.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
REFUNDS
At the time of purchase, the sale is final. We will not offer refunds after an order has shipped.
DAMAGES
Sun Clone is not liable for damaged or lost packages. If you received damaged plants, please contact Sun Clone by email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in order to file a claim.
REPLACEMENTS
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email info@sun-clone.com with pictures of the plants you received, your order number, delivery date, and any other relevant information. If the plants are not salvageable, we will generally offer plant replacement or a coupon code for your next Sun Clone order.
Disputes should be filed within 3 days of delivery. Disputes must be filed prior to the plants being transplanted out of their shipping pot. We cannot accept disputes more than 3 days after delivery.
REOCCURRING ISSUES
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including continuous and/or recurring customer or quality issues.
